The company is run by Latvian and English directors and employs Latvian property consultants to source property for local and foreign buyers. Our specialty is sourcing investment property for foreign investors.
Through our partner companies, Riga Property Services and Riga Holidays we offer property refurbishment, off plan apartment fitting out, furnishing and property management for our clients. Our real estate office is located in the centre of Riga on Artilerijas iela.

Yes prices really are as low as 7,000 Euros, but of course there is good reason - wood construction, shared toilet, ownership dispute, three hours drive outside of Riga or many other reasons.
